I got several items. Chicken satay as an appetizer. It came out AFTER the main course. Tom ka soup- came with one quarter piece of mushroom and 2 pieces of tomato and 4 onion slivers. Definitely not worth $6.95! Green papaya salad was ok but had way too much dressing. Drunken noodles were ok but lacked very much protein and had very few veggies. The beef pho was also disappointing. The broth was definitely not very flavorful! Did not come with any Thai basil. They didt tell us they were out before ordering. The table we were sat at was sticky also. Dont waste your time! Go find another place.

I paid $4 to add beef balls and essentially received 2 beef balls diced up into tiny portions and the brisket might as well have been ground beef. This is definitely not competitive with portions you receive at any Pho restaurants, what so ever...

Very disappointing. 2 stars for the attempt.
I wish the actual Pho restaurants in Cincinnati provided delivery through apps. This would not be happening if customers had delivery access to real Pho😒

Very cute quaint little restaurant. The Thai tea, Tom Yum soup, mango sticky rice, Thai beef salad and the drunken noodle all were delicious. Also have a lot of vegan options! The mango sticky rice is to die for!!! Delicious

I have been three times. The food has been good. The service has been progressively worse over those three visits. Tonight we went in around 7:50pm and were told we had to do take out. We were told approximately 20 minutes as they were close to closing. Time approached 8:30pm as all customers were leaving and staff had gone to the back to get a sauce for a leaving customer when they discovered my order. My issue that the two staff members were complaining about their coworker and neglected my order despite sitting right in front of them. Nothing like complaining about a coworker not doing their work while not doing your work. Thanks.

First, my husband called the place to get directions and was told that she didn’t live here and did not know the directions. We ordered 2 large shrimp pho noodle soups and ended up getting 2 shrimp tom yum pho noodle soups without shrimp, a few mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and no noodle!!! Needless to say, WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN!!! Very Disappointing!!!!!!!

Ordered beef Pho takeout and it was delicious! I was a bit skeptical at first but I was pleasantly surprised at how well the order was put together and the broth… I want to bathe in it! Sooo good. If I lived near by, we would be regulars.
