Did an online order and it said ready at 5:08. Got there on time and called the phone number on the sign and they said it would be out in a few minutes. After 20 minutes, went in, and they had no record of the order. This isn't the first trouble we've had with this place. It's definitely not how Bob Evans was back in the 1990s. This location on Winton is consistently the worst Bob Evans location. This was their last chance.

We came in with a big group including several kids and Ashley handled everything like a pro! She was so friendly, patient, and accommodating especially with all the little adjustments we needed to make to our orders. The kids loved their breakfast especially the pancakes and she made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. Her great personality and top notch service really made our visit special. We’ll definitely be back!

She was attentive without being overbearing, had great menu recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. Just bought chicken noodle soup for the first time it was great! Just left there and got more chicken noodle soup. I'm going back to try the sausage chili.
Fresh and hot entrees. Food prepared when ordering. I ate my Thanksgiving meal turkey and dressing dinner bell size and it was excellent. Mash potatoes are hot and homemade. Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit served with hot, flavorful gravy and hash browns. Server attentive. No customers at the restaurant. Slow night.

I would have given my food a zero but that’s not an option. I went to get a honey butter chicken meal which includes two chicken breast on top of a biscuit. In instead I received 2 chicken tenders which were very very chewy, cold and the breading was falling off the chicken not edible. I placed my order to be picked up at 12:25 pm arrived at 12:30pm and my mash potatoes were cold and the ice cream in my dessert was melted. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Bob Evans. There was one man behind the counter who seemed to be doing all the jobs. While, many other people walked past me while standing at the counter. Please do better for future customers 😡😡

The server was nice. Unfortunately the food even at a great price is not that good. The sausages were great but the eggs tasted bland and did not appear as a true sunny side up should. The hash browns were good. Slightly less clean cutlery too.
