We had waited to be greeted for a couple minutes but Amy took it upon herself to approach us & check in. When realizing we had not yet but greeted, she quickly got us drinks apologized for our wait. Amy took amazing care of my partner and I. She made us feel comfortable and informed on the choices we made! The food was delicious and arrived at our table in a timely manner. Our experience was overall a 10/10, even with waiting a couple minutes, and we will be returning and asking for Amy.

For the last 10 years it’s been me and my dogs for the holidays, I can cook a great turkey and the rest of a thanksgiving meal, but most of the time I don’t because it’s just too much work. Well this year I ordered the thanksgiving meal from here and it did not disappoint, only downside is I wasn’t sure the holiday hours when I ordered it over a month ago. So I ordered it for last night, after all who really cares when the holiday is, it’s always been about the delicious turkey for me, and now I have leftover to make our traditional leftover sandwiches, which is better then the actual thanksgiving feast in my opinion. Will definitely be doing this again next year. Another dumb thing is in the commercials they have a really nice looking white box and everything looks like a Disney movie, but all I got was some crappy cardboard box with crushed containers and gravy leaking all over, not a big deal just don’t know why they do that. I mean if your going to lie you could just go all out, have it in a pure gold box with jewels encasing it, have bluebirds flying around making the marks on the pies.

I took my family there today, thinking it would be great, since I have fond childhood memories of Bob Evans. However, the food was less than desirable. Our macaroni and cheese was cold, the kids' cheeseburgers dried out, and the country-fried steak was dry, even with an extra cup of gravy. The best thing was the mashed potatoes, and honestly, the store-bought version is better. Our blueberry pancakes tasted like onions. The waitress was more focused on the end of her shift than on providing customer service. She never asked us if we needed a refill we had to ask for it. When asked how my meal was, I replied that it could have been better, and without further inquiry, I just paid and left in a hurry. Our family will not be returning to this location.

Just sat in the (not busy at all) dining room. Waitress got us some waters within a few minutes, no problem. Waited another 15+ minutes for anyone to take our order before we walked out

Did an online order and it said ready at 5:08. Got there on time and called the phone number on the sign and they said it would be out in a few minutes. After 20 minutes, went in, and they had no record of the order. This isn't the first trouble we've had with this place. It's definitely not how Bob Evans was back in the 1990s. This location on Winton is consistently the worst Bob Evans location. This was their last chance.

We came in with a big group including several kids and Ashley handled everything like a pro! She was so friendly, patient, and accommodating especially with all the little adjustments we needed to make to our orders. The kids loved their breakfast especially the pancakes and she made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. Her great personality and top notch service really made our visit special. We’ll definitely be back!

Ashley was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was attentive without being overbearing, had great menu recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. Her positive attitude and warm personality really made our dining experience special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be coming back and we’ll be asking for Ashley!

The food was really good but service was slow. The young lady was nice just a little forgetful. The mgr let us know she was new and pretty young. I figure she'll get better as time goes.
