We just checked into the adjacent Cincinnatian Hotel after a long drive from Georgia. Without having to think or look for another place to eat we decided to try the Brick and Mortar and we're pleasantly surprised. Slow on a Friday night but not empty. The wait staff was pleasant and efficient. We ordered the Mediterranean Plate, Sliders and Fries and two glasses of Pino Grigio. Both plates were very good for simple plates. Location: 611 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH (Cornerstone of The Cincinnatian hotel) Website: nope Hours: Very limited; currently open Friday and Saturday 4pm - 10pm Price: moderate, cocktails range $10 - $14; small plates similarly priced Beautiful, interesting decor featuring a small but sufficient cocktail and small plates menu. This was the perfect place to wait for our hotel room to be ready (more than 90 minutes overdue) and to meet friends before heading out for the evening.
