Bruegger's Bagels is a restaurant known for its wonderful employees and great customer service. The staff is nice, friendly, and fast, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. The manager, OJ, is extremely friendly and prompt, showing that he cares about his job and the customers. The food is ordered and delivered hot and fresh, and customers appreciate the quality. However, some have found the bagels to be small, doughy, and sometimes oddly cut. Many families visit nearly every weekend for breakfast bagels, and while the place can get busy, especially on Saturday mornings, the food is made on demand and worth the wait. The Salmon Signature Sandwich with Avocado is praised as one of the best bagel sandwiches. Customer service is outstanding, with the General Manager, Marcus, demonstrating stellar service that positively influences his team. The restaurant can be hit or miss, but when it's good, it's very good.
