Each time I visit this location it takes a lot of time to order as online orders and DoorDash are the priority. I think management should find a way to reorganize this process as walk in customers are forced to wait for an extensive time. I never have to wait this long at other Cava locations. If you’re visiting during lunch, expect to wait at least 30-40 mins
The bathroom was really clean. Lunch was also tasty.
Man. I’ve given this place 4 tries and it just keeps falling short. First two times they forgot all the dressings/sauces. Third time my husband waited 45 minutes for food. Fourth time I waited 15 min after my online order was meant to be ready, while watching the walk-in’s come in, stand in line, get their food like a revolving door. My mistake, I guess.
