“This location inside the mall is pretty great! It’s good to do car side order, but the dine in is also quick and efficient as well! I do wish there was a separate location also in the Kenwood area. Then lots of people would use that as well! Anyways, great location overall!“

My vehicle was involved in an accident in the parking lot while I was inside. Another customer notified me of the incident and I went out to check. Shortly after, Lauren (I think she was the manager) rushed out to help the situation. She offered to get me a video for my insurance and was very kind. I appreciate her so much! These guys always go above and beyond! Thank you again Lauren!“
“Tonight 12/19 I came in for dinner with the family. Naturally the dining room was already busy for service so we grabbed a table and ordered. Upon getting our food we discovered my part of the order had several things wrong. The drink, the sandwich, missing the kids ice cream, etc. I don’t write this to complain but to complement the staff and Destiny in particular who helped with a smile every time I came up with a new issue. Good reviews when things go wrong are far and few between, even when the issue was fixed. Thank you Destiny and thank you Chick-fil-a.“

“Food is delicious & is served by efficient, polite, cheerful employees - consistently. Napkins, utensils, condiments, etc. are never forgotten.
The employees who take orders from drive-thru customers need more training on moving cars through the line. On a recent visit the outside order takers didn't move cars forward (there was enough room for 6-7 cars to move up in line) while the other line was completely empty.“
“Went to lunch with my sister and I had the chicken nugget meal with a Dr. Pepper and I always always choose their bbq sauce. I always ask for a ridiculous amount of bbq sauce for 10 nuggets and a fry but that’s ok because I never waste it! Any leftover sauce gets taken home!
Service is always perfect there and the staff is always as polite as can be.“
