Chick-fil-A in Cincinnati

“Went for dinner when it was busy and they accidentally forgot the fries in the drive thru. They saw my husband come back and asked him what he needed before he even got to the door. They sent him back to our warm car and said they’d be right out. Within 30 seconds, a nice gentleman brought out the fries and wished us well. I’ll always immediately forgive and come back to Chic-fil-A with these things because of how exceptional the customer service is. Bless the Lord’s Chicken 🙏“

“This location inside the mall is pretty great! It’s good to do car side order, but the dine in is also quick and efficient as well! I do wish there was a separate location also in the Kenwood area. Then lots of people would use that as well! Anyways, great location overall!“

“Big fan of Chick-fil-A but as I traveled around 5,000 miles this summer I’m various trips and visited a few chick Fila’s across the country I realized the Oakley Chick-fil-A has very small chicken patties for breakfast and other meals. I was shook in Erie when an actually thick plump patty was on my sandwich. I’m not sure what may make one Chick-fil-A have tiny pieces of chicken on sandwiches as opposed to one that doesn’t but just something I noticed in my travels.“

“My wife and eat here maybe twice a month. I appreciate how well the restaurant is run for a fast food place. So far I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always hot and tasty. They are great at moving people through with their orders without making you feel rushed. My wife and I have both worked in the fast food industry which gives me a greater appreciation how well this restaurant is run. This is my typical experience with this franchise at other locations as well.“

“Food is delicious & is served by efficient, polite, cheerful employees - consistently. Napkins, utensils, condiments, etc. are never forgotten.

The employees who take orders from drive-thru customers need more training on moving cars through the line. On a recent visit the outside order takers didn't move cars forward (there was enough room for 6-7 cars to move up in line) while the other line was completely empty.“
