Chick-fil-A in West Chester

“I was at the drive thru June 23 during 5 PM and some dark skinned guy working by the window was a bundle of joy. Then, I got my meal and I was eating my fries and I got two hospitality mints which was pretty darn cute. That was a great Chick Fil A experience. I don’t go to this location often bc of location but this one is transcending the game !!!“

“Excellent chicken sandwich, but I'm mostly impressed by the kind, never tiring service. While waiting for my take out I watched the staff interact. It's clear they care about one another and that caring is extended to the hungry strangers they interact with every day.“

“Recently used this location to feed a team of 55 during storm restoration. Not only were they extremely understanding, but they went out of their way to open early to get us breakfast in hand by 6 AM (with smiling faces upon pickup!). They remained extremely flexible as our schedule adjusted numerous times over the few days we were up there. The owner also gave us helpful advice on local lodging, so they not only filled our bellies but also helped provide a roof over our head! Highly recommend them and very thankful for their willingness to assist us when they themselves had storm damage to their homes. Looking forward to traveling from NC back to Ohio again to support IF ever needed and will definitely keep the contact information for this location so we can utilize them again!“
