“Just a shout out to the young man working the mobile thru. Dude spilled a drink and was extremely apologetic and did everything he could to fix it. Any other place and they'd look at you like it was your fault. This is why I keep coming to Chic-fil-A. The difference in customer service is astounding.“

When I needed help locating a gift card I'd misplaced in my order history, the staff patiently walked me through the process and remained warm and welcoming throughout. I was genuinely surprised at how understanding and helpful they were, especially given how tired and frazzled I clearly looked. Definitely exceptional taste, service, and environment!
