Chick-fil-A in Cincinnati

“Went for dinner when it was busy and they accidentally forgot the fries in the drive thru. They saw my husband come back and asked him what he needed before he even got to the door. They sent him back to our warm car and said they’d be right out. Within 30 seconds, a nice gentleman brought out the fries and wished us well. I’ll always immediately forgive and come back to Chic-fil-A with these things because of how exceptional the customer service is. Bless the Lord’s Chicken 🙏“

“As I briskly approached the chicken shoppe, I felt the melancholy aura of freshly fried poultry trickle down my spine. I ordered the grilled chicken nugget meal, consisting of nuggets, fries, and a cold beverage. I got the Diet Coke due to my morbid obesity. Honestly, I am starting to loathe my ex wife. I still can’t believe she left me for that yoga instructor. The grilled chicken tenders were polished off by the end of the meal, seasoned with nothing but my indomitable human spirit and the tears of my grandchildren. I would eat here again, but I only wish I could do it with Linda. She was my heart and soul, and I honestly dearly miss her. I try to mask my true feelings with malign sentiments, but I give up. Good fries too. 10/10. Would try again.“

“Big fan of Chick-fil-A but as I traveled around 5,000 miles this summer I’m various trips and visited a few chick Fila’s across the country I realized the Oakley Chick-fil-A has very small chicken patties for breakfast and other meals. I was shook in Erie when an actually thick plump patty was on my sandwich. I’m not sure what may make one Chick-fil-A have tiny pieces of chicken on sandwiches as opposed to one that doesn’t but just something I noticed in my travels.“

“My wife and eat here maybe twice a month. I appreciate how well the restaurant is run for a fast food place. So far I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always hot and tasty. They are great at moving people through with their orders without making you feel rushed. My wife and I have both worked in the fast food industry which gives me a greater appreciation how well this restaurant is run. This is my typical experience with this franchise at other locations as well.“

“I came in today with my service dog in training, and it was amazing! Everything tasted great. Fries were fresh, tea was perfectly sweet, and refills were prompt! The kind lady at the front, Lily, was so sweet and bubbly! She even held the door open for me on the way out because my hands were full! 10/10“

“By far my favorite Chick-Fil-A location in the area. I come here at least once a week for lunch using mobile order/mobile drive through. The food is always good and the service is exceptionally fast. I don't understand all the negative reviews, to be honest. Based on the experiences I've had here...I wish more Chick-Fil-A's were set up like this one. Great job!“

“Had a few small issues management in evening address asked for no bacon recipe said no bacon got home couldn't eat had to fast night before because I had surgery that day first meal of day could not eat it also had young lady in the morning drop my $50 as it fell to ground she saying got anything smaller if not that fine I had to open car door to find my money“
