The girl at the window was very friendly with a smile. Nice way to start the day!
After finishing a long shift at work, I treated myself to a classic chicken sandwich paired with a few mozzarella bites, savoring every dip into the honey mustard sauce they handed over. When I needed help locating a gift card I'd misplaced in my order history, the staff patiently walked me through the process and remained warm and welcoming throughout. Huge chicken with full fries, correct order, and hot food are praised. One location has a bad layout: no lobby, parking blocked with cones, and staff discourages window orders, suggesting it should be delivery‑only.
