Terrible experience yesterday! The restaurant was very dirty. There wasn’t one clean table available. I saw several customers looking at each table that needed cleaning! I even told the employees at the counter that there wasn’t one single clean table available and NO ONE acted and by the time I left they still weren’t clean! I waited 10 minutes for a refill and finally left! Marc Osborne. You need to do better— it’s giving your store a terrible reputation!
A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!
