Walked in to be told they r online only after telling me everything they were “out” of… this place is a joke to go to. Idk why I even wasted my time going here. Chipotle in general has gone down hill.
Why was it online only and why are they out of half the ingredients at dinner time. Ridiculous. And a sassy server who couldn't care less about being there. Chipotle needs to put more importance on the personalities of the people they hire because some of them are just insane, rude, careless and some of the worst servers I've ever met.

First off, it wasn’t clear that i had to place the order online and i couldnt place it in person. I had to download the app and do all of that and it was so much work just for them to give me barely any chicken.
