Great place. Only reason service was rated a 3 was because they only had 1 guy doing it all. He seemed stressed. Not super friendly either but that might be because of the workload. I'd try the place again in hopes of better service and becsuse there is a great view, as the name implies, of the city.
City View Tavern is a simple, no nonsense dive bar with a priceless view of downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Genuine bartender with with short, honest answers that runs this place his way. The inside likely has not changed in decades. Park on the street or get a ride here. No parking lot. Put your favorite song on for $2.
