Unpretentious hole in the wall with good beer and great burgers and an awesome view of the city. Try the one with peanut butter. It sounds crazy but is DELICIOUS.

City View Tavern is a charming, hole-in-the-wall restaurant with an all-wood interior, tucked away on a residential street. The back patio offers beautiful views and the atmosphere is historical and inviting, making it a place where one could easily become a regular.
