I really enjoyed my experience at City Bird today! It was my first time. I was greeted and assisted by the cashier Brittany she gave me a detailed description of the menu to help me out, she also recommended a few of her favorites! I love how attentive and efficient she was while also multitasking helping others! Very exceptional customer service! I had the buffalo blue sandwich meal it was really good! I will be returning! Thank you!
I had lunch today at 2:00 pm and I have to say the Food and also Costumer Service I received was Outstanding! I can’t wait to go back to CityBird on Fountain Square for this Great Experience!! Thankyou very much Citybird FountainSquare.
The Friday night crew was awesome. Stephen is representing the restaurant very well! Served my friend and I 5 minutes before closing. I told him we would leave once finding out it was so near closing time but he insisted that they would make it fresh for us! And even let us try a couple more sauces. Thanks for the great service!
