Saturday we placed an order for food through First Watch website. The food was never delivered. When I called to check on the order the manager Ian was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. He said the order was given to the driver. I told him no the order wasn't I was already in contact with the driver. He continued to be rude and cut me off. He told me a refund needed to be given by door dash however I didn't order from door dash. I have called the store multiple times...read full review
