The Flope Bar & Restaurant is one of the only places in the region to get authentic Honduran food. I had the Pollo con Tajadas, which also came with a side of a cabbage coleslaw. It was fairly quiet in the afternoon and the service was good. Flope's is a great place to try a new cuisine that can be a bit harder to find in the area. Excellent Mexican and Hispanics c food! Fast service, homemade "true Hispanic food" not an Americanized version ie.. Taco Bell....Wonderful staff, clean restaurant and a pleasant atmosphere.
