Every single time I come here I either relearn my lesson or have to walk out. Last time me and my kids came here I waited 30 minutes with no greeting at all and a huge group of people waiting to pay/be seated/pick up to go orders. Sheesh. When one lady came up she said some else will be with you guys? Wow. Waited another 10 still with nothing. Left angry. Tried again. This time the "manager" immediately upon walking in the door, no hello no nothing, says "we only have 2 servers currently" it'll be a 25-30 minute wait....What?! I didn't even bother. There were 3 tables that I could see eating. 25 minute wait? Again, wow. Any other time I've come here for some reason it's closed or the service is appalling (if you can be seated magically) and the food will be wrong or under par so whatever. Never ever coming back. Not worth it.

Wasn't very busy got served quickly. The cheesecake strawberry biscuit was missing some ingredients and staff tried to fix it. I'm assuming it's a new item on the menu as the second time it was still missing powered sugar and whipped cream but our waitress was so gracious about it.

It was good the staff were nice and the food was Good ?? but when I used the Restroom in 7:25 PM the water was hot and Got burnt marks in my hands. BUT it wasa good experience. Overall rating 9.9/10Kid-friendliness: There was a Kids Menu which was good.
