I’m very disappointed in the lack on consideration of dietary restrictions. They put the vegetarian sushi in the same container as the non-vegetarian sushi. My partner ordered sushi with eel sauce on it. The sauce got all over mine and I didn’t get to eat any of it. I wont be ordering from here again but I hope in the future you can learn how to be more considerate of dietary restrictions.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Truly just a negative interaction from anyone let alone someone who’s responsible for running a restaurant. I’m also in the service industry and the way the manager and server handle business/speaking to people is like you’re in preschool.
Just know if you come here and your server makes a mistake the manager will tell you either they have to pay for it or if you ask for things to be fixed they’ll threaten...read full review
