went to JITB for my first time ever and this location was it. the service was so good. the cashier was so kind. food was made fresh and hot. tiny tacos exceed my expectations.
We had a delivery pickup via Uber Eats. First off, it’s hard to tell if they’re open because it was 8 p.m. and the entire parking lot was empty!
Food was crammed into a bag and almost fell to the ground. We did not receive a larger bag to accommodate the order. The milkshake was leaking on the outside of the cup; employees said it was actually whipped cream and still wouldn’t clean it off for us. Employee was very rude and shut the drive-thru window on us multiple times....read full review
