This place is taking a dive quickly! I used to know the owner from high school and don’t believe he still does and it shows. Horrible service, won’t fix mistakes, acts like you’re inconveniencing them for doing the job they chose to do, phone never works!
Over and over I am disappointed and go back. Well, Penn Station it is.
If you don’t like your job or people, don’t choose the service industry.

Absolutely horrible service. Placed an order through the app - ordered a #8 (ham, turkey, bacon) with lettuce and mayonnaise on rosemary Parmesan bread. The sandwich arrived with no bacon, no lettuce, and no mayonnaise. Only half the sandwich had rosemary and Parmesan on it. When I called, the only solution presented was for the gentleman I talked to hopefully get a hold of his manager to process a refund, and that he'd give me a call later.
