“Edit: Revising my review to 5 stars. Management not only refunded the sub but offered to credit for another one on my next visit. I'm blown away! I've never experienced a business being this kind and responsive.
I would give this Jersey Mike's a solid 5 if you're going in person. It's always been a good experience.
Have to knock off some points due to online ordering. Just recently ordered a Club sub with peppers and got home to find a turkey sub with lettuce. I'm more sad than anything because I love the food 😭
I would highly recommend opening up your food and checking it before you leave if you intend to pick it up.“
“I absolutely LOVE this jersey mikes! The employees are incredibly personable, go above and beyond for their customers and Ryan there is the companies greatest employee of all time! This man not only made my sandwich to perfection but came and delivered it to me when I couldn’t leave work! Ryan not only deserves employee of the month but employee of the year, atleast a 20% raise and an extra week of vacation. Ryan if you read this, you are an absolute saint man. Thank you so much!!“

“Visited this location during lunch rush when the line was to the door. The staff worked hard to get everyone out as quickly as possible. I'm mainly writing this review because another customer made a rude, backhanded comment to a staff member, who handled it with professionalism and kept the line moving.“
“This is easily the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve been to. The food is quality, the service is fast, and most importantly — these workers care about hygiene. During a visit we saw the young woman worker wash her hands and change her gloves multiple times while servicing customers. Other workers did the same. This was great to see after having to walk out of another establishment for unhygienic practices. This will be our sandwich-in-a-pinch stop for sure.“
“I placed an order for 3 Giants & I went to pick them up they were in the processing of making it & the line just looked so great!! The sandwiches were made exactly how I wanted! & tasted great!! “The absolute sweetest and most accommodating staff! Every employee is just so kind, and it’s so appreciated! Never have any issues with orders. Honestly, I typically order from this location via DoorDash and call to make modifications and they are just so, so sweet. Shoutout to this team!!“
“Our sandwich's were prepared with care. The establishments was clean as a whistle. The restrooms were amazingly spotless. Our meal was great, the staff were pleasant, receptive and congenial. All in all a great stop. Keep it up Jersey Mike's, Ya Done Good!“

“First, a great shout out to Jersey Mikes. I’m a nurse at a nearby hospital. In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic we were struggling with COVID patients and somebody said “Jersey Mikes dropped off a huge pile of subs in the break room”. Thank you sooooo much!!!! So, we stopped by on a cold Friday afternoon in May to re-pay the favor. I had a ham one at the hospital and it was awesome. I don’t like mayonnaise or dressings, but they have the own special vinegar and (?) and it was great. Had a turkey #7 this time without seasonings because my wife got it and got the full one. Way too much food (enough for 2 meals!). Really good experience both times. All the meat is fresh sliced. Thanks again, loved the sandwiches. Take out or delivery only when this was written.“
“One of the best Jersey Mikes locations I’ve been to. My choice when I’m feeling a quality quick sandwich in the area. Lilly is always so kind and helpful! It’s clear everyone here cares and puts in the time to go above and beyond. They are also great about anllergies and dietary restrictions. 5 stars“

“This location knocked it out of the park today. They were pretty busy around lunchtime. They had my order ready to go very, very quickly! (I placed my order through the app)
I got my sandwich and it's one of the best balanced in ingredient ratio that I've ever gotten from a Jersey Mike's. I asked for light mayo and mustard because I hate when a sandwich slides apart while I'm eating it and they nailed it. The bread is perfect. Not stale, but not so soft as to mush apart.
The employees were super pleasant, despite how busy it was. Absolutely amazing location.“

We did go again and got the Big Kahuna. The Big Kahuna is like the Philly but it has mushrooms and jalapeños, which I really liked.“
“Ordered online come in to get my food and they’re out of bread. I guess this is a common thing here. crazy. And it’s gonna take three business days to get my money back.

“The Jersey Mike's Anderson/Beechmont location is top notch! Food is always fresh & delicious. Restaurant is very clean. Employee Team & Chris the Manager are always attentive & friendly. Service is fast & accurate. My new favorite is the Chicken Salad! I could eat it every day and practically do. If you go to that 'other place' down the street that specializes in nothing but chicken salad, give Jersey Mike's chicken salad a try. I really like the red pepper relish too.“
