“The two guys working the counter were awesome!!! Friendly, engaging. You could tell they loved being there. This is consistent throughout your company as I travel a lot. Not sure how you guys do it as we all know those good people are hard to come by.“
“We chose to go on thier "Day of Giving" it was super busy! But they seemed to have it all under control and the customers were dealing. As we were leaving I heard the young lady at the counter inform the newest customer that they had run out of bread...."so if you wanna wrap or a salad we can help you". Like I said they were busy. They gave us our cold sammys with very little wait, our hot ones (we ordered 6, 4 cold/ 2 hot) took awhile longer they ended up calling my name ( I enjoyed the first name basis) to inform me I'd have to pick a different kind of bread which was fine. We got home and the sandwiches were great. Exactly what we asked for and very tasty.“
“My first time visiting Cincinnati for my son’s away game, I decided to make a stop to the Jersey Mikes. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone had such great manners and hospitality. There was a teenager I think they called him Tay, he was amazing. He made my Kahuna and it was perfect, good manners and personality. He really made my experience a whole lot better and as a teenager I know he has a great future ahead. Thank you guys so much“

They are super fast, efficient, staff greets everyone, thanks them for their business- high level customer service stuff I used to spend YEARS trying to teach bank employees. The day crew here is phenomenal, and the food is always great. No skimping at this location, keep it up!“
“My work partner and I came in on October 6 for lunch about 12:30 or so. The sandwich artist that made my tuna and my partners club was incredible. I wish I knew his name so I could mention it publicly. The way he stacked all the toppings and not one fell off was awesome! It tastes as great as it looked. “I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes. That being said, today’s sandwich was above and beyond. I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

“First, a great shout out to Jersey Mikes. I’m a nurse at a nearby hospital. In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic we were struggling with COVID patients and somebody said “Jersey Mikes dropped off a huge pile of subs in the break room”. Thank you sooooo much!!!! So, we stopped by on a cold Friday afternoon in May to re-pay the favor. I had a ham one at the hospital and it was awesome. I don’t like mayonnaise or dressings, but they have the own special vinegar and (?) and it was great. Had a turkey #7 this time without seasonings because my wife got it and got the full one. Way too much food (enough for 2 meals!). Really good experience both times. All the meat is fresh sliced. Thanks again, loved the sandwiches. Take out or delivery only when this was written.“
“I accidentally ordered to pick up from the Eastgate location at 12:15 today. Went to Milford and realized my mistake. Called Eastgate and told the girl I had made a mistake and wouldn't be able to pick up my order they already made. She was very friendly and refunded my money on my card which was unexpected and really nice since I messed up. I appreciate the great customer service and always love the subs, service and clean restaurant when I go to both locations. Thank you!“
