I ordered my son 3rd birthday cake and the older black lady was getting frustrated as I was looking through the cakes..I gave her my order and I thought she listened to everything that I said about the cake but she clearly didn't they day that I picked up my cake.That wasn't the cake that I asked her for then on top of that she wrote the spelling wasbt correct and very sloppy.. First time ordering a cake from here. I ordered a half sheet cake with simple decorations. I called before I went to pick it up and the worker said it was ready. I get there and it was not. I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to finish. The message wasn’t written, and when they did write it, not only did it look absolutely awful, it was the wrong color.
