i’m very confused as to why i see so many negative reviews here! i’ve always gotten great service, fresh food, and not had to wait all too long unless it was busy and that’s understandable!! i’ve been coming here every frequently for months and have NEVER had an issue, if the order is wrong, they fix it for me with no issues, and are polite about it. i think this place is great, better than most mcdonald’s around here. it’s my go to location, their breakfast is SO...read full review
Food was typical of McDonald's however, the iced coffee was terribly oversweetened
Was very difficult to get help with a lost order. Needs more attention to detail.

McDonald's receives mixed reviews. Some customers report great service, fresh food, and short waits unless busy. One frequent visitor has never had an issue, saying wrong orders are fixed politely, and calls it better than most McDonald's around, with breakfast that is SO good, burritos with good portions, and hashbrowns always hot, plus no problems at lunch or dinner. Another frequent visitor usually receives excellent service, but on a Saturday night a Big Mac and a cheeseburger order came as a cheeseburger and some McNuggets, and when returned, the swapped food was already cold. Two ice creams, one chocolate and one caramel with extra chocolate topping, came with only caramel. Tables were dirty, no ketchup was available, and staff provided very poor service, though the morning shift offered excellent service and friendliness. One customer found the location closed at 4am, unusual for a twenty four hour McDonald's, with no signs posted and no reply at the drive through. Another says it is McDonald's, sometimes a fry is forgotten, but orders are usually right and workers seem glad to be there. A Fish sandwich was hot, a smoothie was thick and delicious, and fries were hot, ready on time, with nice friendly staff and a new, clean store. A Big Mac was perfection, though the fries could have gone a bit longer in the fryer. The young lady at the register was top-notch and tidied the dining area. It is a new McDonald's, clean and busy, with cute decor and workers who take their jobs seriously.
