They have two drive thru lines but felt the need to only take orders from drive thru line 1 while 2 backed up until someone finally went in and said something. Then finally get to the window to get my food and they ask me to pull to the 3rd window to wait for my coffee which I did. 10 minutes later dude opens the window and ask what my order is. Get it together!
Your store is DISGUSTING! Would it kill your employees and managers to clean? This is the first time I have ever complained about a fast food place. It is so gross I also filed a complaint with board of health.
