Staff was friendly, but they had no food prepared. This was at lunchtime. I was the only person in the drive-thru at first but was asked to pull up to wait for my food. I only ordered a cheeseburger and fries. 2 more cars behind me also had to pull up and wait for their food. Both cars behind me got their food before me. When I finally received my food, it was lukewarm.

Stopped at Finneytown McDonald's before grandson football game. Wait time was 20 minutes. Short staff was explanation from manager. All customers behind us were recieving their foods, not us. Went inside for refund not pleasant. Customers try to understand if you are given heads up at the intercom before placing order. Common curiosity.
