“This is possibly one of the best meals in Cincinnati. My favorites menu items are the broccoli, short ribs, and gnocchi, and it would be a crime to not finish the meal with the ricotta + honey ❤️ The staff are great and we felt so welcome and well-cared for during our dinner.“

“A hidden gem on Garfield Place . We decided to throw out the Hyde park restaurants and try something new . The Mezze Board was fantastic with all of the Mediterranean dips and veggies , The Shrimp Cossoult is to die for . The braised lamb /risotta/feta explodes with every bite. The best of all is that it was our first time dining and and I felt like family with the service from Nimo and Bryce , Coming back next week for the Swordfish . 6 stars !!!!!“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Mediterranean Hyde Park with Heather Raake Bates , and it was truly an exceptional culinary experience. “I love this restaurant. The food is fresh and the portions are huge. I don’t like ordering salads when I go out to restaurants because they are generally small and boring but not here! I beg you to never order another salad at Panera until you try this place. I also love the lemon chicken soup and beef gyro. The cookies and baklava are also very good“

“This was our first visit to The Aperture. We cannot recommend it enough. The flavors of the food are outstanding - the charred carrots, the squid ink pasta, the swordfish, and the lamb. It was all amazing - an adventure with each bite! The service was excellent - our waters were topped immediately. My wife and I were with a couple of elderly ladies and our waiter in particular, but the entire team as well were so patient with them. We will be back!“

“Went on a date night with my girlfriend. Her first time there. She absolutely loved everything, like I always do. We traded bites to share what we ordered. Absolutely best place to relax and enjoy. We sat on the patio under the grapes. Beautiful. Service was awesome, food was spectacular, totally recommended. 10/10.“

“Just stopped in to try this and was so impressed. It took a little while to get my food out but they were very communicative and friendly. I ordered the Ali Baba Grill Mix 3 so I could try a few things at once. The food was excellent! Really high quality. Well-seasoned and the meat wasn’t dry at all which can sometimes happen with kebab meats at other places. I will be returning for sure!“

“UPDATE: After several communications with the restaurant, I wish to update my review.
The kale salad is truly delightful. Although the salad is actually $13 and I wish it was bigger, I can't do without it. Sometimes the mango isn't ripe but the totality of the kale, mango, avocado, strawberries, and mint dressing are the taste buds delight.
After discussing the price with the restaurant representative and purchasing a $10 salad from the salad bar at IGA, I succumb that prices are just plain high on all foods.
I was disappointed the restaurant closed at 2 on Saturday because of the snow. We arrived at 2:20. Doors locked. Didn't get my fix of kale.
Previous review:
The salad is very good, the berry/lemon muffins have an odd taste, and the earl grey tea can't really be messed up.
My complaint is the prices are just too high. The tea alone is $7. The salad $12.
Having good good is the best thing a restaurant can have but if it is ridiculously unaffordable to the average customer, it is difficult to return for a second visit.“

“We drive up from Georgetown KY several times a month, we’ve been lucky to have the same server the last 3 times, I think she said her name is Lilly, she is a breath of fresh air, very attentive, super pleasant. As for the food, it’s top shelf, I’ve had quite a few of the dinner plates, never disappointed, yesterday I got the shawarma pizza and fried cauliflower, OMG, delicious is an understatement it was divine. It’s one of our go to spots when we come to Cincinnati, we love it.“
