Hidden gem has been found.
Probably the best Chinese food I've had. Got the General Tso's, lightly breaded, flavorful sauce. The mushroom chicken loaded with veggies, and bursting with flavor.
The highlight for me was the szechuan pork dumplings. Flavor bombs that left your mouth delightfully tingly in only the way szechuan can.

I loved coming here with my family as a kid. Im so glad they revived it and still serve amazing chinese food. We ordered Sweet n Sour Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken, regular fried rice, some rangoons and some chicken on a stick. All was great!
The service was smooth and organized.

Quebec Gardens is a revived Chinese restaurant on the West Side, serving great and delicious food with many choices of meals, sides, and combos. The food is tasty, with portions that are great, and the prices are reasonable. Specific meals mentioned include Sweet n Sour Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken, regular fried rice, rangoons, chicken on a stick, bbq beef skewers, homestyle tofu, pork with black bean sauce, egg rolls, fried cheese wontons, dumplings, chicken fried rice, pepper chicken, moo shu pork, beef lo mein, and pineapple chicken. The food is exceptional, with fresh produce, rich flavors, and tender meat; the lo mein is the best ever eaten. The restaurant is very clean and spacious, with attentive and friendly staff. Service is quick, even for take out. The decor leaves something to be desired, with tables and chairs that do not match, but the effort is put into the food. Quebec Gardens is reminiscent of the Chinese restaurant from the 90s and is a new favorite spot.
