San Jeanetta's Table in Kenwood is an absolute gem! I recently dined there and was blown away by the food. The $1 wings are a must-try—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. They’re a steal at that price!
But the highlight of my meal was the grits with shrimp and salmon. The dish was rich and creamy, with the shrimp perfectly cooked and the salmon adding a wonderful depth of flavor. It’s comfort food at its finest!

WOW! Just tried this restaurant this evening and I am obsessed. Had the chicken sandwich (it’s HUGE) with hot honey and pickles. We also tried the Mac and cheese… perfect. GO!!! Worth it. (And they make food to order so it takes a few minutes. Completely worth the wait)
This place is a gem. Excellent chicken wings and collard greens. Some of the best Mac and cheese anywhere. Very friendly service.

San Jeanetta's Table - Kenwood is an excellent chicken-focused restaurant with a soul food flair. The portions are huge, and the prices are affordable. The chicken is amazing, cooked to order, and the sandwiches are HUGE, coated with a crispy and well-seasoned batter surrounding moist chicken within. The wings are also excellent, with a different kind of batter coating them. The jerk chicken with grits is well-seasoned with a little kick, offset by the creaminess of the grits. The mac and cheese is divine, and the cauliflower wings are amazing. The restaurant has a family-owned feeling, with the owners pouring themselves into the food and hospitality. The portions are absolutely giant, and they also offer family meals to go for an easy dinner that is still scratch-cooked. The food is excellent, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
