Husnad and I went to crafty crab in Kenwood, Ohio for a random Friday night, easy date. We have been here before and enjoyed the food very much. Staff is usually very pleasant and helpful. I’ve been craving a Seafood Boil…and this REALLY HIT!! Perfect spice level, perfect potatoes…as soon as the food hit the table…SILENCE! And no one was talking. SOOO GOOD!
Their food is great. Their bathrooms are dirty and need a deep clean, there was grease and dust everywhere.

The crew provides a great team worker atmosphere, with solid, easygoing service and staff who check in without hovering. The food is always super amazing, with fresh, flavorful seafood. The large seafood boil with crawfish, mussels, snow crab, shrimp, potato, corn, boiled eggs, and sausage in fire garlic butter Cajun sauce comes out at the perfect temperature, packed with flavor, and just the right level of spice. Portion size is generous, easily feeding about 3 adults comfortably with leftovers. The sauces offer a depth of taste, with garlic, spice, and butter working together. The crab cracks clean, shrimp are perfectly cooked, and potatoes and corn pull their weight. However, the condition of the women’s and men’s restrooms has been disappointing, described as nasty, disgusting, leaking, and flaking, with stains and a stall that does not lock. While the rest of the restaurant is very well kept, this raises concerns. Despite this, the food is great, and customers leave completely satisfied, recommending this place for anyone looking to try a seafood boil the right way.
