I don't know how they do it, but the chicken sandwich is so crispy but not too crunchy, and the chicken itself is like butter!
This Shack location is exceptional. Spotlessly clean, friendly service and always hot and fresh food. The app always offers great deals.
This place has dumb problems. Food is really good. Service from the people is good but ordered three times from the kiosk and they lost the order. The pop is terrible, and when you order they put it on a shelf while your food is being prepared. So the already bad pop to start is nice and watered down for you. Super pricey too, the watered down pop is 3.99 for a large that isn’t very large.

Shake Shack Kenwood Square has really good food, though it also has some dumb problems. The service from the people is good, but orders from the kiosk can get lost. The pop is terrible and super pricey, and it sits on a shelf while food is prepared, so it gets watered down. Still, many find it amazing and just want good food. One visit had a friendly and professional staff, a cleeean restaurant, and hot and fresh food that did not take long. Another had a great atmosphere, a great register guy, and fast food. The Manager was amazing and helpful with a kiosk issue. The best burger near me, with a lettuce wrap burger, plain fries, and a key lime pie milkshake that was five star. Clean, fast service, and overall impressed.
