Well I forgot to ask for fries since Sonic is new to me. Got to the window & asked for fries. Of course I was denied fries because my tots were already in my meal. Guess I’ll eat tots like I’m Napoleon Dynamite or something 🙄 not to mention no sauce or ketchup for my food
As I scroll through the reviews... it's bad... really bad. Every single time we have been here (a lot I have teenage boys) we have waited crazy long times and our order was wrong 100% of the visits. 100%. I finally had enough because the staff treats you horribly because you point out they brought someone else's meal. I called and got the regional manager Woodrow (sp?). Nice guy. Haven’t been to a Sonic Drive-In for 15+ years. Was excited to see a new one open on Harrison Ave. Lunch today, had better burgers at Colerain HS. Not sure either were real beef. Jalapeño poppers tasted like freezer burnt dirt. Didn’t finish either. Just an FYI. Maybe I ordered the wrong menu items.
