Placed a mobile order for a 2 iced venti drinks & instead received grandes because they ran out of venti cups. This should’ve been a notification in the mobile app venti drink sizes weren’t available.
The barista who knows my name & face could’ve told me while I was waiting but thought I was going to accept grandes for compensation for venti drinks. I should’ve gotten 2 iced grandes for each drink to compensate for them not having ventis.
