“I like this Mexican place in general. Here is the good and the bad:
The GOOD: They offer Happy Hour prices, thy have some UNIQUE menu offerings like Mexican chili and dishes with mole'. Decent portions. Love their spicy Mexican Flag burrito (but they need to put a cheap cocktail Mexican flag on it!).
The BAD:
They charge you for chips and salsa! House margaritas not as good as many of their competitors.

“My husband & I went to chilis for the first time on Sunday 1-19-25
Service was amazing despite how super busy they were. Our food was served in a timely manner, was hot and fresh! The salsa and chips were amazing as well! The food was incredible!
Would have been 5 stars but the women's bathroom was quite dirty. It's needed attention for awhile it looks like.
But we will be back for sure and we highly recommend!
Kid-friendliness: Other than a few customers cursing, the food is kid friendly & the servers were amazing
Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed a bit close together but there was room for a woman on a scooter to be able to be at the table with her husband and handicap parking was good.“

“We ordered dinner here. Doordash driver did not pick up the second bag of our order. Upon calling the store, they immediately sent someone to delivery the missed item, as well as including a small treat in the bag. The staff here always go the extra mile.“

“I love this restaurant!! The food is outstanding. My family and I have NEVER had a bad meal there. The waiters are fantastic and we are always shocked at how fast our food arrives. This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in Cincinnati!“

“So I've been going there pretty regularly and I'm not kidding when I say the staff is amazing. I'm super annoying cuz I always have an edit to my food but they never make me feel guilty they always make sure I'm getting every penny worth. I've spoken to quite a few staff there and I'm not exaggerating when I say they've been amazing every time so kind so understanding and did not have to be when I'm bugging them when they're trying to work. I spoke one time to a Nicholas and he was so helpful and when I tell you he did exactly plus more then what I was asking for without me being there in person was just very refreshing and made me want to keep coming back. We've been coming back weekly ever since! Thank you bubbakoos in Eastgate for all you do!! Yall are the absolute best!“

“This place is soooo good perfect if your need a meal for family dinner and or parties the taco platter is huge and verrrryyy tasty I absolutely loveee the cheese that it comes with definitely one of the best place to get tacos in town !“

“The service was great, very nice and quick to service us. Drinks were there in only a few minutes!.. Margaritas are the best! Manger came out and addressed us asking if all was good. Food was great and our waitress was amazing. She boxed our leftovers and bagged them for us.“
