If a coffeehouse does not have at least one couch and a couple “comfy chairs” to enable one to chat with a friend—it needs to close down and get out of the business. This place has it all! This place is NOT overpriced, it satisfies not just with the coffees and drinks but also has unfussy, unhipster sandwiches, fast breakfasts without all the goofiness, stiffness and pretension of the modern “it” coffee shop.
