very friendly staff very good food
This is truly a place that the boys and I like to eat. The food, the service, and treat brings us all the way from the westside of town. It's so worth the trip.
The food at Tom & Chee’s is delicious. Service was great too. We like the Western Philly and Loaded Potato Soup. Highly recommend this restaurant.
