Top of the Park at The Phelps offers an amazing view and enjoyable evening ambiance. The drinks are well-made, and the breakfast bar staff, Angie and Deb, serve delicious food with great customer service. Despite a cover charge on special occasions, the experience was pleasant, especially thanks to the exceptional service from manager and server Maiya. A must-visit for delicious food and exceptional service with a breathtaking view.
