Customer service is nonexistent. And so is any adult supervision. It's entirely run by a bunch of unsupervised teenagers.

This is easily one of the worst restaurants ever. I've lived near by for most of my life and they never get it right. My burger looked like someone was chewing on the burger and spit it back on the bun. I've literally never seen something so disappointing. How completely embarrassing but I'm sure they don't care.. I wish I could show everyone the picture I have .

Food was great and the people was nice, polite, and apologetic, but it took almost 15 minutes to get a spicy chicken combo and an order of nuggets.

I doordashed 20 nuggets at 2:15 and the order wasn't competed until 3:15ish, roughly an hour, i called to ask why the long wait and was cut off and told there are only two people, there has been no order with 20 nuggets since she got there but she only got there 20 minutes ago, I tried to explain I wasn't blamming them just trying to figure out what's going on, cut off again and told im just repeating myself so its okay that I get cut off. She insisted on me canceling my order, getting a refund and reordering it. I said ill speak to the other manager when they get back from break since it was likely them who made the order. She abruptly hung up on me, and then the order I recieved isn't even correct. I ordered 2 10 pieces and got a spicy 10 piece and a large fry.

Went thru drive thru
Person was having trouble getting my order correct
When I got to the window and asked what I had ordered she rudely said I heard you and your older is correct.
When I got home fries were missing, a frosty spoon was given for the chilli and there was no dressing or fork for the salad.
I would avoid this place as the obviously don't care about getting orders correct or customer service
