My co-worker went there to pick us up some Chili. It was very spicy (shouldn't be), mine had 1 piece of meat, and it was FULL of tomatoes, onions, and peppers (almost no beans) and it was milky thick, tasted absolutely horrible! (And we love, love, love Wend's Chili) I took mine back and of course, a store full of young Black employees with attitudes (I'm a Black female, so no racism here). Total attitude just walking up to the counter before even asking why I was there. She accused me of eating most of the food (it was 90% remaining in the cup) and refused to even look at my receipt and said laughing "It's only $4, I don't need it." I guess as if to say it was petty. Why should I give you $4.29 for food that you and your co-workers obviously tampered with? Anyway, my absolute last time patronizing this Wendy's. They're always out of stuff and the staff always has attitudes. They need to be either shut down and completely fire them all and start over with older, more diverse staff.

Do NOT eat here! I ordered a chicken sandwich and look what I got! Gross ? and when I took it back, they said “sorry” and gave my money back. I contacted corporate and they never even bothered to contact me! The email form letter said it was noted! Ha! Never again!

We got food for lunch while at work. When we got it back to our office, the taco salad had no meat or chips. Just lettuce and tomatoes. They didn’t give us straws or forks. My frosty cream cold brew looked like dirty sink water and had no frosty in it. My baked potato had no sour cream after specifically asking the worker at the drive thru. The food was cold and overall we had to throw everything away. $22 spent for it to be thrown in the trash. I don’t normally complain, but when I called their line to see if they would rectify the situation, the number is no longer active. Would rate this place 0 stars if I could.

I had really great service. The guy who took my order was really professional and really tried to do whatever he could so I could get the best possible deal.Kid-friendliness: Very clean and quiet atmosphere.
