Don't bother never open. Even when they take ur order they never have the correct items to make ur meal
. Close before 10 every night when they are supposed to be open till 12.

Pull up to the drive thru, 7:00pm. Get told “we are not taking orders right now.” No explanation, no apologies, nothing to compensate the time I wasted to specifically come there for dinner. It must be nice to be working there tonight though, getting paid to not do their job. No worries, I won’t be back.

Do not come to this location. They are ALWAYS getting something wrong. Knowing this, I stopped by anyway because they are close to my house, so it was more convenient. Today, they forgot my sauce and straw for my drink, and the cashier was too busy talking to her coworkers to pay attention to getting my order together. She even almost handed me the wrong drink. Every time I come here, I leave unhappy.

Been through the drive through 2 times with a note on speaker that says pull up to the window and nobody came to the window at 8:10 pm Wednesday aug 28 employees were hanging out in the parking lot one guy with dreds and a younger skinny guy SMH if you don’t want to work quit and let someone else have an opportunity I will never come back to this location !!!

I haven't been here in awhile until today. It was never great, but today was it. I went through the drive through and couldn't hear the girl because of all the laughing and yelling in the background I wanted to order a salad. No salads. Thought I would get the wrap. No wrap. Just ordered a single then. Got one for myself and my hubby. Both were luke warm and dry as the desert. Fries were cold and stale. This place just gets worse and worse. Don't go there.

It seems they can't produce your food fast and need to park every single customer fire small orders. Defeats the purpose of buying fast food. It's no longer fast.

They need to fire the manger day shift gave me raw bacon on sandwich after I waited 15 minutes without the right order. Then had a attitude about me coming back in. I wish I knew my sandwich was not cooked before I left. Sorry business here

Been here a few times for different meals cause I work locally, y'all are giving the Popeyes down the street a run for their money on drive thru times and service. This location is nice, but food quality and staff leave a lot to be desired. Drive out to Five Guys, Canes, or Culvers over in Springdale instead.

On 8/15/24 at 5 pm. I walked in with my grandsons to order and dine in. I was told they were not taking orders inside because they were short staffed. That I had to go through the drive through but we could eat inside. Got to my car drove through the drive through then went in to eat. Then saw a person standing inside that ordered and got their food inside even though we were told we couldn't do that. I feel that they were favored because the employees inside are black and the person they waited on inside was black. It's a shame that happened. Really left a wrong impression that shouldn't have happened. I think the employees need additional training to be fair to all.

I am simply not paying $6 (six dollars!) for a Double Stack. It's literally two junior burgers, two slices of cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, and a bun. It should not be any more than $3.49. Lower prices and get employees who can actually offer a professional greeting at the drive-thru, and maybe then you'll get my business. Dave would roll in his grave if he saw how Wendy's runs these days.

Horrible location, horrible people. I'll never understand why a person will be so mad and upset with a customer for ordering food just because you gotta do something is wild AF to me. The fact it's your choice that led you to Wendys for money is your own issue. Not for you to take out on anyone else. Seriously why the fries taste like they were in 100 day old "filtered" oil ? Cause that's probably exactly why. I'm just saying everything at Wendy's has increased in price or in some way except for customer service. No that's actually subtracted due to the need to do other things I guess. Can't wait for the time when I'm ordering thru a robot and the entire kitchen is staffed by robots who clean perfectly, who cook perfectly, who doesn't take out their own frustration on customers due to their own choices. Anyways please do better I do work for many kitchens in your area so if you ever need any paid expertise I'd be glad to aid and assist.

The lady at the drive-through this morning first of all, she was very rude. When I was talking, she cut me off and then when I get my food it’s messed up. She won’t return my money and made me something. I did not even order but she gave me a cookie to make up for it I guess is too early in the morning to be that hateful I’m just saying food is nasty

Ordered a Dave's single with lite mayo, lite ketchup and pickles. I am allergic to tomatoes and onions. Both of which were on the sandwich. In addition, the patty that was on the burger looked like a double stack patty instead of a regular patty. The staff was very unprofessional. They seemed more interested in horsing around instead of fulfilling orders. When I called to let them know that they almost hospitalized me due to putting tomatoes and onions on my sandwich got a voicemail of a cell phone. The mailbox was full and no message could be left concerning the matter. I emailed Wendy's customer service and was assured someone from that location would reach out. It has been two week's since the visit and still no response. I tried to call the number again today 7-18-24 and the mailbox is still full and not receiving messages. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Stay away from this Wendy’s, had a mobile order in, get there and they didn’t have half the food I ordered. This was around dinner time, said the previous shift didn’t make the chili, and the frosty machine was broke.
