I have been to many locations , all of which are good most of the time. However today when i did my online order I was missing items. Obviously, I’m not 100% shocked that the service was minimal due to their already 3.2 star rating, but I had expected a little bit more urgency when I waited for roughly 10 minutes to then go back around to get my items that were missing. obviously, this could’ve just been in a bad night for them, but it always sucks as a customer feel...read full review
New people they have working night shift are way friendlier from my experience. Still a wait, but its late night so I mean I can handle that.
Drive-thru went fast, the attendant was super nice, food was hot, BUT both my sandwiches were wrong. This store was in Beechmont, I live in Evanston. About time I got home I had to just eat what I was given because at these gas prices I was not driving back out there.
