About Whetsel Whip

Whetsel Whip, known as the sister company of The Cheesecakery, offers a variety of ice cream flavors. One popular choice is the green apple soft-serve, although some customers may find its minty taste surprising. For those seeking a cheesecake fix, sundaes with cheesecake pieces are available. The watermelon dole whip and oat milk vanilla swirl are highly recommended for vegan customers. The shop also features lactose free vanilla soft serve, which tastes great and is a good option for lactose intolerant visitors. The staff is praised for being friendly and helpful, even when busy. Customers often find the soft serve delicious and creamy, with standard chocolate and vanilla flavors, as well as rotating specials. Though some mention that the lactose free option melts quickly and prices can be a little high, overall, Whetsel Whip is a friendly place that offers a treat worth enjoying occasionally.

I love how many vegan options there are, although the frosted lemonade is so good sometimes it makes me break my dairy-free streak. The best combo is blueberry soft serve with cheesecake pieces. The outside eating area could use more frequent mowing.
Reminds me of a better version of Dairy Queen. The ice cream is thick and creamy. We do an ice cream tour of the city and this place made the top 10 coming in at #6 overall. This little gem is on Whetsel ave and the small cone is worth the price. We always get a chocolate and vanilla twist. They didn’t disappoint. Take a little trip and grab a cone
