White Castle is a restaurant with friendly staff, known for its drive-thru service. The cashier once helped a customer with portion control by accidentally giving them less food. The restaurant's atmosphere and location have been described as not the best, with some cleanliness issues and a higher crime area vibe. The food, including soggy buns and undercooked fries, has also received mixed reviews. However, the service is quick and the staff is generally friendly. Some customers have had positive experiences over the years, especially during early afternoon hours. Customers appreciate the caring and sweet employees, especially during daytime shifts, and note that their food is usually correct and good. The location often ranks high in service, with hot and fresh food that can brighten a day. Nonetheless, there are occasional issues with slow service, and some visits have involved waiting or cold fries, which can be frustrating. Overall, White Castle remains a place where friendly staff and quick service can make a difference, despite some cleanliness and safety concerns in the area.
