The atmosphere is terrible, the tables and floors are sticky, worst customer service ever unc got additude they don’t work with gloves,, it takes forever for them to make the food. Terrible worst wing stop I ever went to

Staff is always kind and polite. I just hate that they never answer the phones. I would travel to this location over the Colerain one any day. They are much friendlier and actually have good customer service.

I had ordered a lot of wings and a large ranch for delivery. It was 95 degrees outside. When the delivery arrived, the large ranch was missing. I called the store to inform them that the ranch was missing, they asked if I could come and get it. Again, it was for delivery. I said I could do so.
Upon arriving, the guy asked for my name. I told him. I asked if there was something that he could do for the inconvenience. He looked at me and said, “inconvenience?” I said yes, as my food was ordered for delivery. I had to leave my hot food at home, to come up here to get the ranch. I suggested a drink. He asked, “a drink?” Then he gave me the cup.
I feel like as a customer, that ordered delivery and had to come to the store, something should have been offered. An extra ranch. The drink that I felt like I had to panhandle. It was hot this day. The food was ok as I had to reheat it. I’ll order again. I always do, but it is the principle of their mistake.
Overall, I just hope the staff can handle situations like this with more understanding in the future. Mistakes happen. I get that, but making it right shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth. A little better customer service would go a long way.

Restaurant was slightly dirty in the seating area inside. But honestly. The lady out front was on her phone. Had a hard time getting her attention. To get my food it was just sitting there. But the wings were just OK. But I did eat them.

The cashier was super friendly and engaging. Spoke with the person I was with about places to look for work and her experiences. Also encouraged filling out surveys. Food was excellent and what we ordered, even with my special request. Worth the short wait
