They have bugs and a tea
The bone in chicken wings have been deformed for my past two orders. I am not sure who this locations supplier is, but the chicken quality has gotten bad. Service was great.

honestly dont know how this location has the best reviews in cincinnati…. SERVICE TERRIBLE; FOOD NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I stood and waited for 15 minutes and when it was my turn i told the cashier i just had pick up(it was already paid for). She looked at me rolled her eyes and said “next in line”. I had to wait in line again behind people ordering when my order was already READY AND PAID FOR. I am here for a work trip and will NEVER BE BACK. THIS SHOULD BE ZERO STARS. Do better Wingstop.
Good food, great service!
Kyla and her friend very unprofessional! Turned phones off so they didn't take any phone orders tonight. Between customers she's playing on her phone and whispering and laughing with other new girl with long braids. They both were rude when I asked why they not taking phone orders. I told her I was leaving bad review tonight. She refused to give me a receipt with my purchase. I may not come back to this location especially if these 2 characters are there so called working.
so I went to this place to order some wings as soon as I walked in as soon as I got to the register, the black manager with the long weave in her hair that’s braid said we are not taking any more walking orders. It was 5:00 PM now I don’t know what Wingstop stop taking orders at 5:00 PM on a Sunday because they’re not busy.
literally the worst Wingstop ever they told us that as long as we made it in before 12 o’clock we could place our order but they were not taking any more orders over the phone the manager literally lied we got there right at 11:50 and he did not take our order he said that he’s not taking any more orders because they’re about to close their register shut down he was very nasty and rude about it he did not offer any apologies and he dismissed the customers that were there which was a lot of customershow can you turn away customers and you’re not even making money. Someone needs to investigate this restaurant and I saw a bug by the drink fountain
This was my first time at this Wingstop. The staff there did not disappoint. They had great energy and just made guest feel welcomed.

Ordered carryout. Had the sweet chili glaze on the chicken sandwich. Delish! Fries were kinda cold. And a large side of ranch. Cashier was friendly. Order was ready, no waiting. Kitchen looked clean. Dining room appeared clean as well. Employees changing out soda fountain. I left w out my drink on accident. Much better experience than the last time I placed carryout. Over all I am satisfied with food, price, and experience. ;)
I love the food but everytime I order online
I'm always missing something. Then when I call, I never get a hold of anyone... very disappointing
If I could give no stars I would this place is a mess food cold the order was wrong missing a lot of food I asked for clearly do not follow directions never again don’t waste your money. Insane.
Wings were good
I worked here and I’m going to say the staff is more worried about gossip than doing their actual job. They were literally out of chicken but staff was busy running around talking about how I broke up with my ex. They tried to short my paycheck a whole day of work and their communication skills are definitely a zero stars. I called the store to speak to a manager and the girl who answered held the phone in her hand said nothing and then hung up. I also had other people call that said she spoke to them rude and they didn’t even want to call back.
