Having been to a lot of Chinese buffets across the CONUS, I've been to a lot of stinkers which clearly gave you overcooked food that had been sitting out for a while, maybe even from yesterday.
THIS PLACE IS NOT ONE OF THEM!
Pleasantly surprised that a good quality buffet is located so close to a truck stop!

The food is always fresh and is not overly done. The flavors are well balanced...
Not too salty, not too sweet. Just good ingredients layed out for you to enjoy 😉
This was my third time here, and I can't wait to come back for my fourth.
Oh yeah, the staff always smiles and makes me feel welcome here. Some of the guests around me are definitely regulars, which is another good sign that this place is consistent on their level of professionalism.
