The food is consistently excellent, which is why we enjoy dining here. Unfortunately, during this visit the service did not meet the level we've come to expect—particularly given the automatic 20% service fee. On a previous visit a few months ago, the service was outstanding and we were happy to leave an additional gratuity on top of the service charge. This time, however, the level of service did not feel commensurate with the 20% fee, which was disappointing.
The service was beyond all expectations and the food was spectacular. It was a wonderful dining experience that we highly recommend. We had the pleasure of meeting Lisa, our server. She was so knowledgeable, and kind and so down to earth. She made our experience over the top. We will definitely be back!
If you love sea food, you absolutely must go to Blue Pointe Grille! The lobster bisque is 10 out of 10; the drinks are tasty; and the service is friendly. It's a bit pricey, but worth it!
