“I was greeted and welcomed upon entering this awesome restaurant presumably the owner. I was presented my table in the lounge area and I thought I found a gem … a good eatery. I must say that the restaurant was beautifully decor’d with a pleasant atmosphere, soft music, food was delicious, and the service was excellent! Well, it didn’t start off that way. It took about 8-10 minutes to even be noticed and get a glass of water. It happens, I guess. Upon noticing their mistake, I was catered to throughout my visit to ensure I was completely satisfied … and I was! The owner stopped by several times and even offered a glass of good French wine as an apology but I hospitable declined … I was still the clock per se. The waitress was very apologetic, nice, and friendly. If you’re in for a great meal and great people to serve you … please stop by! I highly recommend this establishment for a good meal and enjoyable time.“
“Enjoyed a great meal before the theatre. Had the cod and the duck paprikash: both delicious, duck could have been a little hotter. Ordered cocktails and the bartender graciously corrected one that came out too sweet the first time. Overall service was excellent. The 4 stars for atmosphere are b/c the interior was so dark at first we thought it was closed. N.B. the entrance to District is on 14th Street not Euclid.“
