It took twenty-four minutes to receive my food, and my sandwich was cold.
They gave me onion rings and not french fries, and I had to go back to the store to get my french fries.
Bathrooms are not clean either.

By far the worst burger king I've ever been in and I'm a contractor that eats out for lunch everyday so I know a thing or two about restaurants and this location coupled with a bad experience bad food messed up order and the service was subpar at the drive thru I tried calling them on last stop in and never had a call answered so I went back in the following day to complain to the manager and she was even worse than the service I got at the drive thru worker gave me so I started out telling her how my order was messed up so goes on about how she couldn't or wouldn't just give me the two whopper jrs because it would mess up her inventory and I said do what and she repeated it again I was dumbfounded so I gave up and told her I would follow this up at corporate and she also runs a bad restaurant with bad food and service she simple quipped then don't come back so much for any professionalism.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a burger king, apparently none of the employees including the manager knew how to do the basics of the job, which should have been just a quick pull through the drive-thru to pick up food I ordered on the app turned into a 40-minute wait that required me sending back the wrong order multiple times and finally accepting something that wasn't what I had ordered, and didn't include everything I paid for.

Worst service both at the store and customer service. First I placed an order online. When I arrived I was told an item was unavailable but I was offered an alternative item, which I accepted. Then when I got to the pickup window, the person was clearly overwhelmed/under the influence and asked 2 times to confirm my order. Then he asked me to pull up. After 10 minutes and 5 people behind us being served, he came out and confirmed my order AGAIN. Then after 5 more minutes he came out with part of my order told me I’d have to reach out to online customer support for a refund on the missing items. When I said that the person on the speaker offered me a replacement for those items, he just ignored me and went back inside. So service at the store should get zero stars.
Next I tried to communicate this issue to the online “support”. Over the course of a week I received a few messages often with different addresses but the same email signature and some with different signatures and the same address. The responses were canned (fake apathy followed by a $5 offer). I argued the value of the items that weren’t provided closer to $8. Which went unanswered. Finally I got a response in a different tone (from the same address but with the same signature) stating that the items were part of an offer so they didn’t qualify for full price. I responded that if I were to go to a different store and purchased the same items today, I’d pay the full price and since this was a discount off a future BK order, that it could only be used to purchase my missing items anyhow. This was ignored and the “ticket” was closed. Now I can’t dispute it because the online system says it’s closed and I cannot follow up. So 0 stars for online support.
Please BK, drug test your employees. Customer service involves service, how would you feel if you didn’t get part of your order (knowingly) and then told you need to speak to someone else to resolve the issue. Also, please hire support personnel that can read and understand English rather than services that outsource to a group of people that take no accountability or responsibility. The “we’re sorry for your frustration….. Here is $5” isn’t service, its someone who doesn’t or barely speaks English going through the motions, not even as competently as AI

3 times throughout a few weeks I have ordered through Uber eats. Not once was the order correct. Twice I received partial items, and the last time I didn't get half my order.

Horrible, food was cold. Kids meal was incorrect so had to go back in after going thru the drive thru. They must be short staffed wait was soooooo long. Never again. I will miss their burgers Flamed Broiled always the best.
Food would have been better if they had made my order correctly. Ordered a Whopper with extra onions, extra tomato, and cheese with light mayo. Got the burger with no cheese or tomato. 2 pieces of onion and so much mayo it oozed out.
Service was bare minimum if that. Had to wait forever to even be acknowledged. Even though there was a young lady pacing in front of the registers.
Then, when my order was ready,they didn't even call out whose order it was. I had to go up and look at the order slip myself.
When I pointed out that my order was incorrect,the young lady didn't even apologize. She asked me if I would just take it because they were busy. (It wasn't) There was just me and 2 other customers. And workers just wandering around the front counter and in the back like lost pups.
Won't return nor recommend this restaurant.
