Good evening, I patronized your location in downtown Cleveland today around 6pm. The only flavor available that wasn’t frozen solid was strawberry so I was told to come back in 1 hour. That was an option for me as I had already made the trip to come there. So I opted for strawberry for 2 ice cream sandwiches. There were 2 young ladies working the counter (one had brown hair with a facial mole and one had black hair: both were young so I should have known not to expect 5-star...
The staff are young, but very sweet and helpful. The space is small and there is no dine-in option. The ice cream and cookies were enjoyable, but does not beat Jeni's Ice Cream brand, my favorite! Overall, it is worth a try for a date-night, but will not crave to return.
Really good customer service, they had ran out of Snickerdoodle cookies when we arrived but they were baking another batch and let us come by later to pick up our cookie.The ice cream itself was nice and the cookie was very nice, fresh out of the oven. It was slightly eggy though but otherwise, it is a good stop for a sweet tooth.
