Smoking on the patio ruins it. Its an enclosed patio with a roof. God forbid you want to eat outside and enjoy fresh air. Nit even sure if its legal to smoke on that patio.

Good food but nothing spectacular or out of this world but I will definitely come back if I want bar food.

Characters was one of those places that make you want to take a special trip to go back. I'm from Detroit and I will absolutely return when in the Cleveland area. The food was incredible.

I ordered the wings and a polish taco, being that it was Tuesday. While they were both good, the polish taco was one of the best things I've ever eaten. It had kielbasa, grilled onion, sour cream, sauerkraut, potato filling, on a pierogi bun. The kielbasa was phenomenal. It just seemed to have layers of flavor. The pierogi bun was very interesting too. I'd never tried one but it tasted great as well. It's unfortunate that they only have that polish taco on Tuesdays.

The wings, while not the greatest I've ever tried, had some very unique sauces to offer on the side. I had the suicide sauce and the raspberry BBQ sauce along with ranch and they were quite good. The wings were nice and crispy as well

The atmosphere is a typical bar setting; bar on the left and seating on the right, that's pretty spacious. There is also a patio outside to chill and hang out at.

The waitress was very friendly as well.

Overall, the food was great; particularly, the polish taco.

Hello Foodies this is Steven the foodie guy with my beautiful mother my mother had a grilled a grilled chicken sandwich she would give it a 9.0 and she also got bacon and cheese added to it she will give the chips a 8.0 I had the steak Philly minus mushrooms I would get that about a 9.3 I also had a side of coleslaw I would get about a 8.1 just a little bit too much mayonnaise add some celery salt to it maybe just a little bit of vinegar that was it was still good though Havana this place is right by close to Pearl Road

Great food and great deals. Good place to watch a game or grab a bite to eat. Always good service.

First time at this place and it was nice, TV's could be bigger. It was cold too be 28 degrees out, didn't feel any heat. The potato skins were amazing, the chicken wings were hit and miss order XX crispy and some were some weren't. The drinks were fine. The service was great. The prices are decent, lots of specials. Overall I think we would go back and try other items on the menu.

Roman burger and waffle fries were great.

My GF and I come on Wednesdays for steak night (but it’s all day) and it’s always cooked right and juicy! Very chill place and service is quick and the waitresses are nice!
