The food was amazing but the workers didn't greet me and barely said anything while serving my food. My friends and I were the only people in there so it made it awkward and we felt as though we were burdens

Good be cool most of the time but the chipotle lane experience is TRASH…… 20 minutes + for orders you don’t even have to take just hand out … pre paid for ….. is crazy work. Might come here after every order …. But as of 1/26/25 yall not doing too hot.

I've been to this Chipolte location a dozen or more times, and when ordering on the app, there is usually no issue. Even when there is, when you tell your app they will fix it in some way- as long as it's a real problem and not some frequent thing you do. But the service and management of this place is bad...not as bad as the location on 222nd..where they can't figure out how to use a digital gift card (so if you have one, order in your app)- but once, when management...
