I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I experienced at your establishment on December 13, 2024. I ordered a medium Matcha, and when I arrived at the window to pay, the young man who was assisting me was incredibly rude. While I was looking for my card, he told me to hurry up and pay. This behavior is unacceptable.

those donut holes were dru..had very little if any jelly in them...there mist be a shortage ..the pumpkin holes were super dry..hard..its sad ..there is no rotation of the product...i cannot believe how the quality of
dunkin donuts...have dropped...they truly do not care about freshness..quality
