3 consecutive mornings, I bought the extra large coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee was better than I thought it'd be. It has a unique flavor and it's better than any other places for hot coffee. It is $3.60 for the extra large coffee.

NO SEATING
If you're coming from the train and looking for a place to wait early morning (like at 6AM when everything else is closed) there is no seating here, just a grab and go. Don't believe the photos. The chairs are put up indefinitely, I asked.
